Lizzie Kincaid Counselling Service

COUNSELLING in Birmingham, Solihull

I’m Lizzie, a therapist providing a calm, supportive space where you can step back, reflect, and start to understand yourself more clearly.

About me

I’m Lizzie, a therapist offering a calm, grounded space

where you can step back, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s going on

for you.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm,

ADHD-related challenges, low mood, and relationship difficulties, as well as patterns of behaviour that feel hard to shift or understand.

Alongside this, I have particular experience in supporting

individuals and families affected by addiction and compulsive behaviours.

My work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, offering a perspective that is both informed and deeply human.

I understand how complex and individual change can be. I

bring this understanding into my work with care and sensitivity, always holding in mind that each person’s experience is unique.

The way I work is relational and thoughtful, with a focus on creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and able to explore things at your own pace. I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change.

If this feels right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch.
